The very latest piece of kit from E.XF Fitness Equipment is the revolutionary new X-BAG.
Its unique design allows the X-BAG to be used in place of medicine balls, sandbags, dumbbells and wobble boards and is great for balance and proprioceptin drills.
Ergonomically designed handles provide a base for rotational and functional training, allowing the X-BAG to be lifted, pulled, pushed, rotated, and thrown. The integrated use of rubber strength bands allows for the bag to be an ideal power training tool.
In addition, a series of metal D rings facilitate the use of in-built shoulder straps which turns the X-BAG into a loaded back pack so strength drills can be performed in the standing position.
The bag is fully padded and won't damage floor surfaces or cause harm to individuals if it is dropped. It has a durable waterproof woven PVC outer, supported by high strength nylon stitching. Velcro straps allow access to the padded, webbed nylon inner.
The inner design houses three zipped compartments which can be used to house cast or rubber disc weights. The X-BAG provides a wide load variation from 2.5-30Kgs without the need to alter the bag size and comes complete with a basic exercise chart printed in full colour.
Dimensions are: weight 2.5kg, length 660mm, diameter 230mm.
