A range of high protein peanut butters, an ambient liquid egg white, a cinnamon and raisin bagel and a high protein flat bread are to be launched later this year by Dr Zak’s.
The year-old brand will be at the BodyPower Expo, being held in Birmingham, UK, between 15-17 May, where it will preview the new additions to its product line.
Dr Zak’s has already launched high protein bread, bagels and pasta aimed at the health and fitness market. The company is the brain child of Zak Pallikaros, a bodybuilder with a degree in medicinal chemistry, bio technology and bio chemistry and a doctorate from the Royal Free Medical School.
His idea was to offer protein products that could be easily incorporated into people’s everyday lives, rather than being extra bolt ons in the forms of shakes and bars.
The Dr Zak’s range is now available in 150 outlets throughout the UK and Ireland.
