Spatial Structures were appointed as main contractor for the design and construction of the new four court indoor tennis arena at the Winchester Lawn Tennis and Squash Club.
Utilising in-house experience and other British suppliers, the project was constructed on time and within budget.
The new building surpassed the original specification, impressing both the Club and the Lawn Tennis Association.
Billy Kerr from Winchester Lawn Tennis and Squash Club summed up their experience with Spatial by saying: "We found them to be excellent in all phases of the project.
"The project was well planned and carefully managed throughout, and the whole construction phase was carried out with minimal inconvenience to our members and immediate neighbours.
"They were very understanding of our need to continue to operate during the build and delivered a facility within schedule that our members are immensely proud of and that is admired by all our visiting teams and competitors."
