Entry Assistant - Access Control Software was officially launched at this year's Interbad, which took place in Stuttgart last week
IT specialist TAC is set to expand into the German-speaking thermal bath market with the launch of its new software solution.
Designed for the spa and pool industries the system, called Entry Assistant - Access Control Software, made its official launch at this year's Interbad, which took place in Stuttgart last week.
It is designed to digitise, and ultimately, replace existing offline processes, and offers a wide range of modules, including: access control, POS/retail, reservation, stock control, membership management and web services.
Several of TAC's clients in Switzerland are already using the new system, including the Tamina Therme Grand Resort Bad Ragaz.
Ronny Schieler, IT operation manager of the Grand Resort said: "Entry Assistant offers all important functions for the digitisation in thermal baths. We have been using the new access system in the Tamina Therme and thus have a uniform system from a single source in this business area of the Grand Resort. This has enabled us to eliminate necessary interfaces and optimise systemic processes."
